For over 30 years, Önder Kablo has not only produced high-performance silicone cables; it has also operated with a comprehensive sustainability strategy based on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Every step of our production and management processes is shaped by an approach that prioritizes efficient use of resources, environmental responsibility, social commitment, and employee well-being.
Our sustainability policy aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We focus specifically on Climate Action (SDG 13), Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Health and Quality of Life (SDG 3). To this end, we continue to continuously improve our production model with a strong commitment to both nature and people.
We view our employees as active stakeholders in our sustainability journey. We promote awareness and participation in sustainable production, environmental protection, and occupational safety through internal communication channels and ongoing training programs.

We utilize energy-efficient technologies in our production facilities to minimize carbon emissions and maximize resource conservation. Our waste management systems are designed to ensure the highest recycling rates. We fully comply with REACH and RoHS regulations at all stages of production, rigorously controlling the use of substances that could pose a risk to the environment or human health.
Occupational health and safety is a cornerstone of our sustainability approach. To ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, we implement policies aligned with the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. We protect the physical and psychological well-being of our employees by exceeding legal requirements through regular risk analyses, emergency action plans, and health screenings.
